Sikorsky Firefighter
Sikorsky Aircraft is hiring a Firefighter/EMT to handle structural and aircraft rescue; hazardous material response; confined space rescue; entering IDLH atmospheres; provide emergency medical treatment; and complete regular inspections.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree, State Certified Firefighter II, State Certified EMT and a Class Q or Class B CDL with tanker endorsement.

Judicial Marshal Trainee
Judicial branches statewide are looking for applicants to fill entry-level Judicial Marshal positions. Candidates will have to pass a physical fitness test, pre-employment physical, drug screening and criminal records and general background check.
Selected candidates will go through a 15-week academy, where they will learn handcuffing, use of defensive spray and baton, CPR, First Aid, prisoner management and other skills relevant to the care and custody of prisoners as well as the safety and security of staff and users of the courts.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Military experience or a demonstrated interest in criminal justice is desirable.

Starting Salary: $38,572, plus benefits.
Locations: Opening available in Ansonia-Milford Superior Court, as well as Danbury, Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Britain, New Haven, Stamford-Norwalk, Tolland, Waterbury and Windham. Desired location must be indicated at the time of application.
