Job Hunt: Proposal Operations Manager

Sikorsky in Stratford is looking for a manager for Proposal Operations to ensure the consistent employment of the company’s proposal process for all international and commercial aircraft pursuits.

The position supervises a group of proposal managers and production personnel and has overall responsibility for project management, preparation, document production, budget control and timely submission.

A bachelor degree in a business or technical field is required; MBA preferred.
