Karaoke for a Good Cause at the Windmill Tonight

Tonight the revamped Windmill Tavern on Hollister Street will offer karaoke with an inspirational twist.

"Wacky Windmill Wednesday" will feature karaoke from 7 to 11 p.m. and throughout that time a donation jug will be on the bar collecting funds for St. Vincents Swim Across the Sound for Breast Cancer.

According to a post on the tavern's Facebook page, for every $100 donated, an employee will get up and sing a karaoke tune.

"I want to see my people singing all night so we can give a nice fat check to a worthy cause," the Facebook post reads.
