New Eatery Celebrates Grand Opening With Ribbon-Cutting & Marriage Ceremony In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — Heffer Chicken & Burger celebrated its grand opening in Stratford with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a marriage officiated by Mayor Laura Hoydick.
The ceremonies took place at the new restaurant at 2377 Main Street in Stratford Center.
Heffer Chicken & Burger "is flippin' and fryin' hand ground smash burgers, juicy southern fried chicken, and irresistible sides," according to its description.

“They also offer old-fashioned lemonade, peach sweet tea, and dessert options including delicious banana pudding,” Hoydick wrote in a post on Facebook. “Check out their tasty menu and make sure to pay them a visit.
