Obituary: Marco M. Cianciola, Jr., 79, of Stratford

STRATFORD, CT - (From Pistey Funeral Home) Marco M. Cianciola, Jr., age 79, of Stratford, loving husband of 55 years of Barbara Skinner Cianciola, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.

Mr. Cianciola was born in Bridgeport to the late Marco and Marie Cianciola.

Marco had been employed as a printer for many years and had worked at American Chain and Cable and Warner's. He truly enjoyed his years spent volunteering with Stratford EMS as an EMT.

Marco also had coached Pop Warner football.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two beloved children, Karen Graffeo and her husband, Peter, of Stratford and Marc Cianciola of Colorado; three sisters-in-law, Joan Cianciola, BJ Cianciola and Mandy Baker and her husband, Thomas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Nicholas.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Lord Chamberlain for the loving care shown to Marco and their family.

Friends may call on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford. Due to health concerns, face masks are required.
