Obituary: Patricia Krystopowicz, 72

Patricia Ann Zavodjancik Krystopowicz, age 72, of Stratford, the widow of John Krystopowicz, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital.

Patricia was born in Bridgeport to Elizabeth Zahranski Zavodjancik, and the late Stephen J. Zavodjancik and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a retired secretary for Health Net Insurance Company.

Survivors in addition to her mother are her beloved sons Stephen Krystopowicz and his wife Janet Lawson, John Krystopowicz and his wife Liz Holcomb and Brian Krystopowicz and his fiancé Christine Racine, five grandchildren: Dylan, Rachel, Zachary, and Jesse Krystopowicz and Tori Madden, a brother Thomas Zavodjancik and his wife Barbara, a sister Linda B. Bannon, a sister-in-law Helen Krystopowicz and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place on Friday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Huntington Congregational Church, 19 Church St., Shelton. All services were private and entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford.
