Stratford police received a call just after 2 a.m. Sunday night reporting the Mobil gas station at 7294 Main St. had been robbed at gunpoint. There were no injuries and only cash was stolen, <a href="http://blog.ctnews.com/connecticutpostings/2014/06/22/two-armed-robberies-overnight/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Connecticut Postings reports</a>. Only a few minutes later, Shelton police were called to an armed robbery at a gas station at 819 River Rd. Stratford police now believe the two robberies may be connected,<a href="http://connecticut.news12.com/multimedia/police-2-robberies-may-be-related-1.8539696" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> according to News 12. Investigations continue.</a>
