Retired Teacher Sews, Donates 200 Masks: Stratford Hero

In addition to making 200 masks, Charlotte Matthews has raised money for COVID-19 relief efforts.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?
Charlotte is a doer. Where there is a challenge to be met or a task to be completed, Charlotte is the go-to person. She is a tireless volunteer in our town.
