Stratford Resident Wins $10k Lottery Prize
The winning scratch ticket was recently sold at a Higganum business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
STRATFORD - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Higganum earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 23, David Blackwell III, of Stratford, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Higganum Mart and won $10,000.
