STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 27, Willodene Allen, of Stratford, CT, purchased a CASH 5 ticket from the E Hampton Grocery store in Hamden and won $100,000.
