STRATFORD — A Stratford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 16, Joanna Szczubelek, of Stratford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the S&S Wine And Liquor Warehouse in Stratford and won $30,000.
