What does the nominee do for work?
Volunteer at St. James Church food pantry and my caregiver.
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
She organizes and sorts for the food pantry and makes up bags so that the pantry can continue to give out much-needed foods to the poor and lower income families that are struggling. Mary volunteers many hours along with others to keep the pantry running. As she has said to me, “it takes a village to help others.”
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?
I love her because of her caring and generous heart to me and others.
