Suffield will be honoring those who lost their lives protecting the country on Monday, May 27.
According to the town website, here is the day's schedule:
8 a.m. - Service to honor deceased veterans at Sacred Heart Church
8 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - V.F.W. Honor Guard will visit Suffield and West Suffield cemeteries, will fire salute to the dead
8:45 a.m. - Parade forms at Ffyler Place
9 a.m. - Parade begins, will go down Mountain Road, North Main Street, Suffield Village Entrance, Bank Street to the Veterans' Memorial
IN CASE OF RAIN
10 a.m. - Ceremony at Suffield High School, parade canceled
