1. It will be sunny today with a high temperature of 80 °F. The wind will come from the north at speeds between 3 mph and 7 mph. It will stay clear tonight with an overnight low of 58 °F. The wind will come from the southwest at speeds between 3 mph and 5 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

2. There were 103 Connecticut Light & Power customers without power on Tuesday morning at 2 a.m., down from about 450 earlier in the day. Many towns in southeast Connecticut still have major blackouts, with more than 90 percent of residents without power.
