Home for the Holidays & Teddy Bear Tea at Phelps-Hathaway House
Ring in the holiday season with sweets, treats, and teddy bears at the festive Phelps-Hatheway House and Garden!
Make your holiday memories in our special location by celebrating the season at the festively decorated Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden, designed by Old Hill Gardens! On Saturday and Sunday, December 1st and 2nd, and again on Saturday and Sunday, December 8th and 9th join us for Home for the Holidays tours from 1 to 4 pm, where you’ll experience the season’s splendor. Enjoy children’s activities and light refreshments throughout the weekend. Admission is $12; $7 for children ages 6-18 (under 6 free).
Then bring your beloved bear for a sweet treat and a celebration of the holidays with a children’s Teddy Bear Tea Party on Saturday, December 8th at 11 am and 1 pm, and Sunday, December 9th at 1 pm. Christmas cookies and a tasty herbal tea will warm the heart and body. A short story dedicated to the bear you love will finish our time together. Admission is $5 per child; $10 per adult. The exquisite property is available to host your holiday event or gathering for up to 50 people - from Friday, November 30th to Sunday, December 16th hold your holiday party at our house! Includes 3 hour rental of space (with additional ½ hour set-up and clean-up times). The Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden is also available for Birthday Parties and Seasonal Tea Parties, including a holiday-themed Teddy Bear Tea.
