Suffield Tree Lighting To Be Held Saturday

SUFFIELD, CT — Suffield Alight will brighten the Town Green this Saturday, December 13th, with an afternoon and evening full of holiday activities, according to Suffield Parks & Recreation.

Organizers say this year’s event runs from 3 to 7 p.m. and introduces a new holiday market featuring local vendors, artists, and seasonal treats. Families can enjoy food trucks, trolley rides, and live ice carving, officials say.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will make a grand arrival, joined later by a surprise appearance from the Grinch. Organizers say the celebration also includes music from WMAS 94.7’s Chris Kellogg, caroling, and holiday performances.

The night will conclude with the Town Tree Lighting, marking the official start of the holiday season in Suffield.
