Suffield Resident and Attorney Michelle Carey Joins Halloran Sage

Suffield resident and attorney Michelle Carey recently joined the law firm of Halloran Sage at their Hartford office. As a member of the firm’s Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate practice groups, she focuses her practice on commercial finance, corporate transactional, and commercial real estate matters. Carey advises corporations in general corporate and governance matters and counsels owners and developers in commercial development and acquisitions. She earned her JD, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University and her BA from Boston College.
