Suffield Seeks New Town Counsel
The town of Suffield is searching for a new town attorney to handle general counsel and land use issues.

The town of Suffield is soliciting proposals from interested firms and individuals with prior experience representing municipalities for the position of town counsel.
The contracted position will focus providing counsel for general legal issues in town, including written policies, procedures, contracts, collection of unpaid property taxes and possible litigation. The other focus for the position is on land use, planning and zoning issues.
Interested applicants should have a Juris Doctorate degree from a university accredited by the American Bar Association, be a member in good standing with the Connecticut State Bar and have five years of experience in municipal law.
