Where To Recycle Your Christmas Tree In Suffield

Residents can bring clean, undecorated Christmas trees to several locations around Suffield.

SUFFIELD, CT — Suffield residents can recycle their Christmas trees through a town program running from December 26th through January 5th.

Instead of throwing trees away, residents can drop them off to be used as food for animals. Trees must be completely clean before drop-off. Officials say all decorations must be removed, including tinsel, ornaments, lights, sprays, or anything else attached to the tree.

  • 50 Cross St. (Made by LLC / Cross Street Farm): between the Little Free Library and the farm stand
  • 1286 Mountain Rd., West Suffield: next to the goat pen
  • 685 Hale St. (Roaring Alpaca Farm): follow signage down the farm driveway and place near the large maple tree on the right side of the parking lot
  • 820 Overhill Drive: on the left side of the driveway behind the flower bed

The program gives residents an easy way to get rid of their Christmas trees while helping local farms and supporting sustainability efforts in Suffield.
