Mark Suffield Road Problems on This Map

Use this interactive map to mark construction, road closures, potholes, hazards, delays and other road problems that affect you during your daily commute and travels throughout Suffield.

By marking and sharing problems, Suffield Patch readers can create a community road map with reminders to take a side street because of road repairs being conducted, slow down before a large pothole, take extra caution when turning onto a main road from an obscured side street and more.

To add a new marker to the map:

Click the “Add” button near the top right corner of the page.

1. In the dialog box that appears, enter a name for the marker (for example: Cracked, Uneven Road).

2. Enter a street address as the location of the problem or click on the blue text that says, “Click on a map location,” then click on the desired area.

3. Enter a description of the issue. Please indicate if the issue is likely a short-term problem, like repair work on small areas or a broken water main, or a long-term issue, like potholes, extensive repairs or obscured side streets leading to main roads.

The process is relatively quick and easy. Placing the first marker on the map, noting a spot of cracked, uneven pavement on Suffield Street, took this writer about two minutes from start to finish.
