  1. Lawmakers have filed a bill that calls for spending $21.8 million to address the problem that several schools across Connecticut lack critical onsite health services. The legislative task force also uncovered the fact that even more schools lack mental health support. (CT Insider)
  2. Connecticut’s 139 state parks and forests need maintenance and repairs that have been delayed causing them to pile up for decades, impacting a plethora of different areas. The cost for the needed projects totals $130 million. (The Ridgefield Press)

On Sunday, March 27 at 7 PM the Killingworth Lions, with assistance from the Killingworth Historical Society (KHS), will present a benefit "Barn Raising" Concert at the HK Middle School Performance Hall on Route 81 in Killingworth.
