And that means <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/East-Haddam-Fire-Department/453202114769575" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the East Haddam Fire Department'</a>s annual Easter egg hunt is just around the corner.This year's family event, which is open to East Haddam and Moodus residents only, will take place Sunday, April 13. It will begin at noon. The hunt — open to children ages infant to 8 years old — is at the department's headquarters, 44 William F. Palmer Road in Moodus, which is next to Liberty Bank.  This year's rain date is Saturday, April 19, starting at 1 p.m.
