Haddam Public Health will be offering sports physicals to Haddam and Killingworth students entering grades 5-12 on Friday August 2.
According to the town's website, Haddam Public Health will be offering sports physicals to Haddam and Killingworth students entering grades 5-12 on Friday August 2. There is a $15 fee. Physicals will be available 9 AM to 11 AM at the Haddam-Killingworth High School nurses' office.
