1. According to HK Now, "The University of Connecticut has announced its Class of 2022. 2. Making it easier and more affordable to take your children to museums in Connecticut, Gov. Ned Lamont announced Wednesday, that the Connecticut Summer at the Museum program will return for a second year. From July 1 through Sept. 5, Connecticut residents under age 18, as well as one adult Connecticut resident accompanying children, may receive free admission to participating museums. Of the 135 participating museums, over 120 received grants of $1,000 or more based on what children’s admission fees typically amount to. Click on the Yahoo news link to find out more. (Yahoo News)
3. According to CT Insider, "nearly three dozen Connecticut restaurants were recently honored by Wine Spectator magazine for their outstanding wine lists." In Middlesex County, The Griswold Inn Wine Bar in Essex, La Foresta in Killingworth, and The Essex in Old Saybrook made the list. (CT Insider)
