• Earthquake Reported In CT: Did You Feel It? (patch.com) — Residents in and around East Haddam may have felt a small earthquake Wednesday night, as the U.S. Geological Survey confirmed a magnitude 1.9 tremor linked to the long-known Moodus Noises. The report notes only a few people felt the quake, but places it in a long history of local seismic activity, including several minor quakes in nearby areas over the past two years.
