At Tuesday night's East Haddam Nathan Hale-Ray High School Graduation, Senator Art Linares addressed the Class of 2013.
Linares offered the group if graduating seniors 10 pieces of advice to live by. Some of his advice included:
"You're friends will be your fuel in life, choose them wisely."
"It doesn't matter who your mom or dad is, where you grew up, what kind of house you live in- if you work hard, you can do anything."
"Dream big, and have confidence in those dreams."
"Each day and each moment is an opportunity."
"Live life not to find problems, but to find solutions."
"Say thank you."
