OLD LYME, CT — Friends and supporters of IRIS (Integrated Refugee & Immigration Services) are invited to attend a candlelight vigil to “light up the night” with prayers, hymns and funds to support the work of this vital nonprofit organization that assists refugees and immigrants across Connecticut. The goal is to raise $100,000 in a single evening.

WHY: IRIS stands to lose millions of dollars as a result of President Trump’s recent executive orders which have suspended and/or eliminated federal funding for agencies that assist immigrants and refugees.
