Classic Chester-Hadlyme Ferry Book Printed Once Again
A thousand copies of 'Ferryboat' have been reprinted.

'Ferryboat,' the Chester-Hadlyme ferry's very own storybook, is hot off the printing press yet again, due to a special request from the Chester Historical Society.
The Shoreline Times reports that 1,000 copies of the children's book have been reprinted. 'Ferryboat' was initially published by HarperCollins in 1986 and has been out of print for a few years, the Shoreline Times said.
Written by Betsy Maestro and illustrated by Giulio Maestro, the book recounts the ferry's journey across the Connecticut River.
Fans of 'Ferryboat' can buy the reprinted edition at the Chester Museum at the Mill.
