EAST LYME, CT — The East Lyme Board of Selectmen approved an increase in bulk waste fees from 9.45 cents/lb to 10.5 cents/lb at a meeting earlier this week, according to a statement from the town.The fee increase will go into effect Sept. 26.In July, the rate the town was charged for bulk waste materials dropped off at the transfer station increased by 11%.
