Thibault is recognized as an athlete and a scholar at Monmouth University

What made the accomplishment even more noteworthy is that she's also one of the star players on the university's basketball team.
In March, Thibault was named to the All-Northeast Conference Third Team. It was the first time in her basketball career that Thibault had earn all-conference distinction.
Thibault scored 8.7 points per game, grabbed 3.5 rebounds per game and shot a league-leading 44.1 percent from three-point range this season, good for 1.93 three-point field goals made per game.
