Fallen Heroes Honored in Hartford
The portrait of Army Capt. Andrew Pedersen-Keel of Madison – killed in Afghanistan in March – will be added to the Wall of Honor today.

The 64 Connecticut military men and women killed in the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan will be memorialized today in the annual Wall of Honor Addendum Ceremony to be held in the Legislative Office Building in Hartford at 4:30 p.m.
The portrait of Army Capt. Andrew Pedersen-Keel of Madison – killed in Afghanistan in March – will be added to the Wall and members of his family will make remarks in his memory.
The ceremony also will include the posting of colors by the Connecticut National Guard, the reading of names of the 64 honorees by the Madison American Legion Post 79 Military Funeral Honors Squad, and the singing of the Star Spangled Banner by Aja Wilson of the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford.
