Hit-And-Run Crash At Bank Reported: East Lyme Police

Police are investigating the crash and are asking for assistance in solving the case.

EAST LYME, CT — East Lyme Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run crash, police said in a Facebook post.

At 10:15 a.m. on July 15, police responded to the Liberty Bank, located at 314 Flanders Road, for reports of an evading motor vehicle collision, police said.

The pictured vehicle evaded the scene of the accident, police said. The vehicle should have damage to the rear driver's side tire and left rear side of the bumper, police said.

The vehicle then fled the scene southbound on Flanders Road, police said.
