May 31 Thomas L. Violette, 38, of 356 Bittgood Road, Griswold, was arrested on Flanders Road/King Arthur Drive in East Lyme and charged with failure to appear in the first degree.  Lindsey Brown, 21, 30 St. Joseph Court, Groton, was arrested on an arrest warrant during a motor vehicle stop and charged with forgery 3rd degree, illegal use of a credit card, and larceny in the 6th degree. Bond was set at $25,000.  May 27 Kristal J. Lis, 23, P.O. Box 17, Groton, was arrested on a PRAWN warrant by East Lyme Police Department after officers recognized her as she was crossing Flanders Road near Best Value Inn and Suites in East Lyme. Lis ran when she saw the police but was apprehended after a brief foot chase. She was also charged with interfering with a police officer.
