According to Director of Public Works Clem Langlois, the hours at the Cross Farms debris drop off area will be changed to 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., as opposed to the previous 24/7 open schedule.
Also, only Tolland residents will be allowed to use the site. Residents must show an ID and fill out their address and license number before dropping off debris from the storm. The site will be monitored during the day.
