Remember to Get Your Dog License

From the Town of Tolland:

Beginning on Monday, June 4^th, the Town Clerk’s Office will be selling dog licenses for 2012. Residents can purchase dog tags in the month of June by coming into Town Hall or by mail (including a self –addressed stamped envelope for returning tags). The cost is $8.00 for a spayed/neutered dog or $19.00 for an unspayed/unneutered dog. Kennel Licenses are also sold to residents who breed or show dogs at the cost of $51.00 for up to 10 dogs and $102.00 for up to 20 dogs.  A certificate from the Veterinarian must be presented as proof of being current with the rabies vaccine in order to purchase a dog license. Reminder notices will be sent to current dog owners at the end of May.
