From the Town of Tolland:
The main parking lot at the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center & Library is now open for the public and staff. Temporary paving has occurred and light poles have been installed.
The concrete that was poured for the walkways have not been sealed and can not be sealed until the weather is above 60 degrees so that means no salt can be spread on the walks or it will destroy them. The Town crew will do its best to keep them clear and put a little sand on them when they get iced up.
