From the Town of Tolland:
The Tolland Fire Department, Inc. is again seeking new or used GPS units in working condition for use in the department’s fire, rescue and emergency medical service operations.
Tolland residents generously donated several units last year in response to the department’s request, but there is still a need for additional devices.

Any working portable GPS for in-car or handheld use is acceptable. Town residents who have replaced their current GPS units with new units during the Holidays, or who received more than one GPS unit as a gift, can donate their “extra” unit and know that it will be put to good use.
Residents may bring their GPS units to the Tolland Fire Training Center, 191 Merrow Road (across from Meeting House Commons) any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. or any Monday evening when training is in session.
