Tolland Water System experienced a minor system problem yesterday and this morning. Be advised that Connecticut Water Company, system operator, will be working in the area of 80 Walbridge Hill Road and 57 & 69 Virginia Lane today. While we do not anticipate it, this may cause some discoloration in the water.
