The Town of Tolland would like to inform residents that parents should not take children out trick-or-treating tonight. This decision is based upon information and safety concerns that have been reinforced by Connecticut Light & Power and Tolland Public Safety crews. Unfortunately, there is no ability to reschedule this event. Individual neighborhoods are welcome to make alternative arrangements for a later date on an individual basis.
