The asking price for 89 Tolland Green is $359,000, according to a listing posted on Zillow.com, an online real estate directory.

The home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms over 2,742 square feet.

It was built in 1790 and was once a Methodist Church parsonage, now "updated for modern living," according to the listing.

According to Historic Buildings of Connecticut, the Howard House was built by a member of the Howard family and Bishop Francis Asbury, who played a major part in the spread of the Methodist demonination in the United States, held a conference of Methodist ministers in the house in August 1793.
