Tuesday, Aug. 6

Md Abdullah Al Amin, 27, of Mansfield, was charged with making a false statement, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, on a warrant.

Chad M. Spiller, 32, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, on a warrant.

Trevis James, 47, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance, traveling too fast for conditions, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on I-84, 9:35 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

Gian C. Tanguy, 22, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening, on a warrant.

Robert E. Bickford, 68, of Ashford, was charged with operating under the influence and disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance at M&T Bank in Tolland, 8:45 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 8

Lynn Schall, 78, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance in Ellington, 5:42 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 11

David Reyes-Garcia, 33, of Waterbury, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order, on a warrant.

Clark H. King, 73, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, on a warrant.

Jose F. Moreno Candelaria, 46, of New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and improper rear/marker lamps, in connection with a DUI call on I-84 in Tolland, 1:10 a.m.

Maria A. Carvalho, 35, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance in Stafford, 1:33 a.m.
