Route 30 has reopened to traffic after being closed for the afternoon while firefighters battled a house fire in Tolland.
Information about the extent of damage to the house, as well as whether there were any injuries, was not immediately available.

Route 30 has been closed temporarily while firefighters battle a house fire.
According to the state Department of Transportation, Route 30 (Crystal Lake Road) was closed at 12:43 p.m. due to the fire. There was no estimate of when the road would be reopened to traffic.
Patch has not been able to confirm the address of the fire, nor if there are any injuries. We'll update this article as soon as more information is available.
