TOLLAND, CT — A man who skipped court in a drunken driving case was also arrested last week in Tolland for drunken driving, state police and judicial system records show.

According to a state police arrest report, Jessi Clark, 44, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension, making an improper turn and failure to obey a stop sign following a Dec. 15 crash near the Merrow Road-Baxter Street intersection in Tolland.

At the scene of the crash, he refused to submit to field sobriety tests and his bond was set at $100,000, state police said. Judicial system records also show he failed to post that amount and he remained in custody with a court date of Jan. 6.
