Monday, Sept. 23

Jose O. Ramos Nunez, 35, of Willimantic, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with a traffic stop on Crystal Lake Rd. in Ellington, 12:41 a.m.

Brandon D. Roy, 22, of Coventry, was charged with violating a protective order, on a warrant, 2:54 p.m.

Ryan Nichols, 33, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance on Schofield Rd. in Willington, 8:55 p.m.

Michael Smith, 33, of Norwich, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order (two counts), in connection with a disturbance on Perry Hill Rd. in Ashford, 10:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Ryan Nichols, 33, of Willington, was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, 1:23 a.m.

Gordon J. Whitehouse, 33, of Willington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Schofield Rd. in Willington, 2:40 a.m.

Sandra L. Hoysradt, 56, of Vero Beach, Fla., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to grant right of way, failure to obey traffic control signals and failure to respond to an infraction, in connection with a traffic stoop on Tolland Turnpike and on a warrant, 6:47 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Lucas Thayer, 38, of Harvard, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with traffic stop on Sandy Beach Rd. in Ellington, 12:09 a.m.

Thursday, Sept. 26

Allana T. Polk, 26, of Manchester, was charged with interfering with an officer, on a warrant, 11:00 a.m.

Todd A. Wakefield, 30, of Ashford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violating a protective order and third-degree assault, in connection with a disturbance on Westford Rd. in Ashford, 9:30 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 27

Allana T. Polk,26, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree kidnapping and first-degree custodial interference, on a warrant, 6:38 a.m.

James Barcomb, 61, of Willington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Merrow Rd. in Tolland, 5:41 p.m.

Joseph A. Rufrano, 47, of North Haven, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance at Stafford Motor Speedway, 9:36 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 29

Igor Zaoutine, 63, of Ashland, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on I-84 in Tolland, 6:54 a.m.
