Position Vacancy In Tolland: Senior Services Caseworker

TOLLAND, CT — The town of Tolland is currently seeking applications for the 35-hour-per-week position of Senior Services Caseworker in the Human Services Department.

The position is responsible for providing confidential case management, outreach services and program coordination to senior citizens of the Town and their families of the Town. The Senior Services Caseworker will also serve as the Town’s Municipal Agent for the Elderly. The skills and knowledge required would generally be acquired with a Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, and two years’ experience in the supervision of group recreation activities; with some experience in office administration and practices.
