Tolland Arrests Include Identity Theft

At approximately 3:35 p.m., troopers responded to a reported burglary of a Hartford Turnpike apartment. During the investigation, it was discovered that a suspect entered the dwelling after the victim left for work and stole an undisclosed amount of money from within the residence. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the state police.

Michael Neville, under the authority of a Habeas issued by Rockville Superior Court, was transported from MacDougall/Walker Correctional Institution to the court so that an active arrest warrant could be served. Neville, 28, of 80 Union St. in Vernon, was placed under arrest for three counts of third-degree identity theft for an incident in Tolland. He was processed and held on a $5,000 bond.
