Tolland Seeks Residents' Support of Local Food Banks

Tolland residents can now support their local Food Banks by donating to the “Necessity Drive” starting Saturday, May 18-Friday 24.

The event, sponsored by THS VOICES, is a "collaborative program" funded by the Tolland Youth Services Police and Youth Grant, according to a post on the Town of Tolland's Facebook page.

Suggested items include: 

• Body Lotion
  
• Deodorant;
  
• Disposable razors;
  
• Hand lotion;
  
• Toilet paper;
• Toothbrushes;
• Toothpaste;
  
• Shampoo;
• Shaving cream; and
• Soap

• Tolland Intermediate School 
• Tolland High School 
  
• Tolland Middle School 
  
• Tolland Public Library
