Voting is now open! Vote for your favorite Scarecrows on the Tolland Green. Cast up to three votes for your favorite. The highest vote will win first place, the second highest will win second place and the third highest will win third place. Please click herefor the Voting Form. Hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee (PCC), the annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town’s fall festival. Please join us on Saturday, October 11th to celebrate the Town Green Harvest Festival, with food, fun and live music. Voting will be open until October 23rd.
