TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

SOMERS, CT — Anthony Okanos, 63, of Somers and Heather Kallenbach, 46, of Somers, were both charged with violating protective orders after an altercation on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Michael Boyce, 54, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with failing to register as a sex offender.

Feb. 25

ELLINGTON, CT — Jalel Hadj-Salem, 36, of Stafford, was charged with driving while under suspension, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance after state police encountered a man passed out in a vehicle on Somers Road.

Feb. 26

WILLINGTON, CT — A 14-year-old was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on River Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Mark Potvin, 65, of Tolland, was charged with violating a protective order after an incident on Hugh Road.

March 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Kyle Shea, 38, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on Warrenville Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Nikolas Chubback, 21, of Pomfret, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Storrs Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — James Vega, 39, of Ellington, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a child, cruelty to animals, second-degree breach of peace, e stalking and second-degree threatening.

March 2

ELLINGTON, CT — Janice Messino, 63, was charged with driving under the influence, driving unreasonably fast, after a stop on Wapping Wood Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Syed Rashidul Haque, 18, of Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, illegal racing on the highway and second-degree reckless endangerment after an incident on Interstate 84.
