VERNON, CT — Lauren Willis, 32, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree threatening - violence to terrorize and second-degree breach of peace, according to an arrest report.
VERNON, CT — Lauren Willis, 32, of Vernon, was served a warrant out of Manchester for three counts each of tethering a dog to an object without available water, failure to vaccinate for rabies, and failure to comply with dog ownership requirements. The canine tickets were issued in connection with a family owned home on Spencer Street in Manchester, warrants show.

STAFFORD, CT — Nursa Guzman, 57, of Hartford, was charged with possessing a controlled substance, assault on a public safety officer and second-degree breach of peace after an incident on Route 190.
VERNON, CT — Katie Ann Barbaby, 35, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree computer crime via a warrant.
